People have told me I’m crazy all my life. I might now actually start agreeing with them. I went swimming at Port Phillip Bay (Melbourne). Yes, that’s pretty crazy in itself. But I did it in the MIDDLE OF WINTER! Sunday 27th July people! THAT kind of crazy. Apparently it was 16 degrees? My feet disagree.

But desperate times call for desperate measures. A wetsuit was very handy, pity I had no booties cos my feet were FREEZING and I was jumping in and out purely because of my feet. The rest wasn’t so bad. Afterall, water in the suit warms up pretty quickly 🙂

My night times look like this (below) in an attempt to a) keep my nails from scratching at my most vulnerable skin, my neck and b) to try to keep the skin moist as it’s oozing like crazy and I wake up way more comfortable if I’ve done this. It’s my version of wet wrapping without moisturiser 🙂
